BARRY H RHOME, DMD

Barry Rhome D.M.D. has been practicing Endodontics exclusively for 30 years. After receiving his D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977, he continued his studies and was awarded dual Specialty Certification in Endodontics from the University of Pennsylvania and Albert Einstein Hospital in 1980. From 1984-1997, while maintaining a private practice, Dr. Rhome served as Director of Endodontics for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. His sophisticated private practice in Center City utilizes the latest in technological advances for his field, including surgical microscopes, digital radiography, and ultrasonics. In fact, Dr. Rhome was featured on the television show 20/20 Philadelphia as a pioneer in the use of digital radiography in the Philadelphia area. This technique can reduce radiation exposure as much as 85% when compared to traditional Xrays.
