Gay Sparks Will Fly: The View Welcomes Back Joy Behar and Makes Candace Cameron Bure Regular Co-Host

If you thought the feuds between Rosie and Elisabeth Hasselbeck were binge-worthy, you ain’t seen nothing yet. Today, ABC announced the, yet again, new panel on the upcoming season of The View, and the LGBT community gets one super ally…and one not so supportive co-host.

Joy Behar, a major supporter of the LGBT community, will return to the talk show after an absence, which will, no doubt, add a much-needed perspective to the troubled show. However, if you’re interested in fireworks, former Full House actress Candace Cameron Bure will be joining the show as a regular co-host after a temporary stint this past season that caused Raven-Symone to nearly flip her wig.
