The end of summer is always sad, but there are still plenty of things to look forward to post-Labor Day: OutFest, pumpkin lattes, layers, and, for the thrill-seekers among you, Gay Night at Six Flags Great Adventure.

The event’s actually called “Fairgrounds at Six Flags: Out at Night,” and it’s turning 11 this year under the helm of local event producers Chris Wright and Mark Nelson. They’ve lined up a slew of DJs, like DJ Grind, DJ Steve Sidewalk and DJ Jared Conner, who will play on the mainstage while you choose to stay there and dance or head off to ride some rides. A new attraction just opened, by the way: Zumanjaro: Drop of Doom, which Six Flags touts as being twice as tall as the Statue of Liberty. You basically ride to the top, and then get dropped at 90 miles per hour.

Out at Night takes place Saturday, September 6th from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Tickets range from $40 to $150, and proceeds benefit National Gay and Lesbian Task Force and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA.) You can buy them here.
