GIVEAWAY: Win Tickets to See RuPaul’s Drag Race Battle of the Seasons at The Troc

rupauls drag race battle of the seasons

To those of you having panic attacks over having to wait six whole weeks until the start of the new season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, temporary relief is in sight. Tomorrow (Thu., Jan. 16), eight queens from former seasons will descend upon The Trocadero in the RuPaul’s Drag Race: Battle of the Seasons tour.

The final role call of divas includes some pretty exciting names. The biggest draws? Carmen Carrera (Season 3), the Victoria's Secret model hopeful who just made headlines for giving Katie Couric the what-for on national TV. And all eyes will be on Alaska Thunderfuck (Season 5) and Sharon Needles (Season 4), the Pittsburgh lovebirds who recently announced they were breaking up after four years.

These gals will be joined by Manila Luzon (Season 3), Ivy Winters (Season 5), Pandora Boxx (Season 2), Phi Phi O’Hara (Season 4) and Philly's own Mimi Imfurst. Drag Race judge Michelle Visage will host.

Wanna go see it? You're in luck. We have a pair of tickets to give away to one of G Philly's Twitter followers. Here's how to win:

We all have a funny, just-in-case drag name picked out. (Mine would be Harlot O'Scara!) I wanna know yours. Tweet your drag name to @g_philly with the hashtag #MyDragNameIs between now and tomorrow (Thu., Jan. 16) at noon. Don't have one? Turn to the old party game of mashing up the names of your first dog and the first street you lived on. For example, a dog named Dusty + a street named Old Windy Bush Road = Dusty Old Windy Bush. Ha!

The name that makes me laugh the hardest will score the tickets. I'll announce the winner around 12:30. You can keep track of all entries in the live feed below. Ready, set, make me laugh, hunties!

RuPaul's Drag Race: Battle of the Seasons takes place on Thu., Jan. 16 at 9 p.m. at the Trocadero (1003 Arch St.) Tickets can be purchased here
