WATCH: Opposition to Same-Sex Marriage Reaches Lowest Point Yet in New Jersey

The latest installment of American Equal Rights‘ weekly Marriage News Watch videos includes information that opposition to same-sex marriage is shrinking in New Jersey. Host Matt Baume explains that  a new survey from Rutgers Eagleton shows that 61 percent of voters support marriage for gay and lesbian couples, with only 27 percent opposed. That, he explains, is the lowest point yet. Exciting stuff!

Check out the video after the jump, which also tracks marriage news in New Mexico, Hawaii and Illinois, three states that could feasibly see marriage equality passed before the end of the year.
