Trans Woman Murdered in Strawberry Mansion [UPDATED]

A Philadelphia man is in custody after admitting to killing a woman when he found out she was transgender.

NBC10 Philadelphia is reporting the gruesome story of a transgender woman who was murdered over the weekend in Strawberry Mansion. The report says that the murderer, Charles Sargent, admitted to killing the woman, identified in the story as “Mark Williams” (pictured, above), after he found out she was transgender. Sargent is now in custody.
