Yesterday, I told you about PASS, the recently proposed legislation that would bulk up Pennsylvania’s anti-bullying laws by adding clearer definitions, and instating follow-up requirements and an online system that would track bullying incidents in state schools. The bill, which was proposed by Republican Rep. Dan Truitt, has garnered support from 56 House members on both sides of the party pool — including Democratic reps Dan Frankel and our very own Brian Sims. In the videos below, both reps talk about PASS and explain why they’re fighting to get the support it needs to pass.
