Chick-fil-Gay, Anyone?

Ditch the homophobic chain and make your own guilt-free sandwich

We get it. You love your fried chicken sammies. But thanks to chef Hilah Johnson, those of us who have a beef with Chick-Fil-A’s anti-gay mission can now replicate that crispy flavor at home. “I love fried chicken sandwiches,” says Johnson. “The problem is, I have a lot of gay friends and I love them, too.”

That’s why she created her very own “Even-Better-Than-Chick-fil-A’s Fried Chicken Sandwich, ” or rather, the new and improved Chick-fil-Gay. Why? Because it’s a guilt-free alternative (that can even be enjoyed on Sunday).

Here’s a tip for the vegetarians out there: Take a page from one of our favorite new restaurants Hip City Veg and try using Gardein as a substitute for the chicken.
