Beagle Tavern celebrates the New Year (9 p.m.) with Thunder Showers and Summer Clearance in Norristown.

Ring in 2012 at Sisters (9 p.m.) with drink specials, dancing and a champagne toast at midnight.

Stir is serving up one-dollar drinks all night with DJ Dan Wallace (9 p.m.).

Celebrate the New Year at the Crystal Tea Room (9 p.m.) with great food and a balloon drop at midnight.

Gladys Knight plays the Tropicana in Atlantic City (9:30 p.m.).

Arts Garage is hosting a New Year’s Eve bash (10 p.m).
