Josh Can’t BBQ

But he wants to try. The online foodie is looking for a few good recipes.

Philly may be busying “Welcoming America” this weekend, but South Philly’s own Josh Schonewolf is welcoming your recipes. The online foodie – and host of Josh Can’t Cook (we told you about his sometimes hilarious culinary escapades last year) – is getting ready for the July 4th weekend with a bang (we could mean that literally depending on how well he pulls off…grilling).

To keep things interesting on his local, web-based cooking show, he’s asking folks to send him recipes for the perfect holiday weekend barbeque. He’s planning to try out a few signature dishes just in time for Independence Day.

“Philadelphia’s worst cook and gay blogger is ready for your recipe,” says Schonewolf. “Because July 4th is coming up quickly, I need your ideas!”

Schonewolf will pick winning submissions that will be featured on a new episode of his show, foibles and all.

Have a recipe for this charming man? Email him at josh.schonewolf@gmail.com and you could get a shout out on the show (if you don’t mind him mucking up your mama’s rib recipe or grannie’s cornbread).
