Hungry Pigeon chef-owners Scott Schroeder and Pat O’Malley have been featuring menus with recipes pulled from some of their favorite cookbooks for a while now. And tomorrow night, they’re paying homage to Alice Waters and her iconic Chez Panisse dishes.

On Wednesday, January 24th from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., they’ll serve a prix fixe menu featuring recipes from the restaurant that started the Berkeley-based ingredient-driven trend that informs much of Hungry Pigeon’s ethos (and that of other top restaurants in Philly and across the country) decades ago.

Tomorrow night’s dinner is $50 per person. Check out the full menu below, and make your reservation by calling 215-278-2736 or emailing reservations@hungrypigeon.com.
