Sneak Preview: December Classes at COOK

You know what makes an excellent holiday gift for the serious eater in your life? Tickets to classes at COOK. And here’s some good news. On Thursday, November 9th, the full schedule of December classes will be posted and tickets will go on sale.

They’ve got some good stuff coming up. A couple of different champagne-drinking events, holiday cookie-making with Peter Scarola of R2L, a “Holiday Ham Jam” with Nick Macri from La Divisa, a gingerbread house-making class, plus classes with Matt Gansert of Jaxon, Joncarl Lachman and more.

We’ve got the full schedule below. So check it out, make your plans, and be ready to get yours on Thursday because these classes are probably going to sell out fast.
