Itinerant Philly chef David Ansill is popping up at Amis this month to bring back highlights from his iconic restaurant Pif for one night only.

Pif, which once occupied the space at 8th and Carpenter Streets now inhabited by Bibou, served ahead-of-its-time French peasant fare before it closed in 2007. Ansill will serve up some favorite dishes from its menu at Amis on Tuesday, July 25th.

The prix fixe menu costs $65 per person, not including tax and gratuity, with an optional beverage pairing for $30. Make reservations here.
