Slather on the sunblock, put on your most colorful summer outfit, and don a flower crown: Bok Bar is celebrating midsummer with a Nordic-inspired rooftop dinner featuring some of the city’s top farm-to-table chefs on Saturday, June 24th.

Chefs Joncarl Lachman of Noord, his partner in The Dutch, Lee Styer (also of Fond), and Josh Lawler of The Farm and Fisherman have a feast in store for Saturday’s festivities.

The menu, which will be served at a communal banquet table, features a plethora of meats — grilled quail, roasted salmon, and grilled lamb — plus lots of salads and veggie dishes. Noord chef de cuisine Jonnathan Yacashin’s famous rye bread will be served on the side. Dessert will be lingonberry bread pudding, with beer, wine, and the caraway-infused Nordic spirit aquavit flowing through the evening.

Tickets for the midsummer feast, which includes live music, are $75; you can get them here. And if you don’t have your own fresh flower crown, upgrade to a $110 ticket and the floral designers at Belovely will have one waiting for you.
