Maison 208 Hosts Sneak Peek Tonight, Sets Opening Date

Peep the new space over cocktails and wine.

Finally, the long-awaited Maison 208 has an opening date. And chef Sylva Senat and his team are so excited, they’re hosting a preview of the new space — complete with retractable roof — tonight.

The Starr alum and Top Chef competitor will show off the new space, which has been in the works since 2014, tonight, June 14th. Guests can get a glimpse of the new restaurant — which occupies the footprint of the old Letto Deli at 13th and Chancellor Streets in Midtown Village and was delayed by arson in 2015 — starting at 5 p.m. Cocktails and wine will be available at the second floor bar, but there’s no food yet.

Senat is saving the debut of his French-inflected New American cuisine for next week: Maison 208 will be open for business on Wednesday, June 21st. You can make reservations online now.
