Because you can. See, he’s taste-testing today at Estudio–the Garces Group test kitchen attached to his new restaurant, 24–and it seems he has a couple of open seats.

And you can be in one of those seats if you’re lucky–and fast.

Here’s how this is all going to go down:

I’m taste testing today @estudiophl. Who wants to join me? The first four people to come to @24phl and give the password get to taste with me and my team. I’ll share the password at 11:30AM and we will see you at noon!

That all make sense? Garces will be posting his secret password at 11:30. Get that, then be one of the first four people to show up at 24 WITH the secret password, and you’re in.
