Getting to the Roxborough Night Market

The first Night Market of the 2016 season is upon us and it is happening this evening in Roxborough. Ridge Avenue will be closed off from Fountain Street to Monastery Avenue as dozens of food trucks, beer vendors and musicians descend on the area.

And with this Nigh Market, the Food Trust is going all out to make it as easy as possible to get there. There will be valet parking at Roxborough Hospital, shuttle buses from Wissahickon and Ivy Ridge train stations and five bus lines getting people close to the action.

The fun kicks off at 6 p.m. with new vendors like Bombay Local Pizza, My Four Suns Korean Fusion and
Viva Empanada. The next two Night Markets have also been announced. On Thursday, June 23 the roving market will be in the Callowhill neighborhood and on September 1st will head to West Philadelphia.
