Remember last week when we told you about Kevin Sbraga and his team opening a new Fat Ham at the King Of Prussia mall? Yeah, well now we’ve got some more KOP restaurant news. And this time it’s coming from chef Luke Palladino.

This May, Palladino (who already runs LP Steak, which we reviewed a couple months ago) is bringing his interpretation of classic Italian-American dishes to Valley Forge Casino Resort (also where LP Steak lives). He’ll be doing it  with a new new pop-up restaurant called Fianco. Also joining the kitchen team will be Steve Benzinger, chef de cuisine of LP Steak and Nicholas Persons, sous chef for LP Steak.

Fianco will be located right next to the steakhouse, with a full bar standing between them. The menu will include Palladino’s truffle arancini, grilled octopus bruchetta, lobster and shrimp fra diavolo, veal chop milanese, and budino alla Nutella.

The bar will have more than 20 wine selections by the glass and over 200 bottle selections. There will also be 12 beers on tap, plus a bottle and can list, as well as specialty Italian cocktails.

Renovations are going quickly—they just started this week, but already plan to open by mid-May. The anticipated hours of operation will be Friday and Saturday 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
