Fork Introduces Wednesday Night Dinners

Remember a few days ago when we told you about the new brunch program that Fork was launching? Yeah, well now they’re back again with a whole other series. And this time, they’re re-making the weeknight dinner.

Beginning this Wednesday, March 16th, Fork’s chef de cuisine, John Patterson, and his team are introducing Wednesday Night Dinners. For $55 per person, guests will enjoy a special series of exclusive, one-of-a-kind menus featuring several courses, with the final course prepared by pastry chef Samantha Kincaid.

The Wednesday night series will have a theme or central ingredient each week, and no two meals will be alike. Some possible themes include From the Dirt, a vegetable-driven menu, Off the Coast, which is Mid-Atlantic seafood inspired, and Kennett Square Excursion, which will focus on the history of local mushroom growing and farming.

Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome (when there’s room). You can make a reservation through OpenTable here.
