Brooklyn Brewery’s Garrett Oliver Coming to City Tap House

Whether you love beer from Brooklyn Brewery or haven’t drank any before but are curious, Monday, February 1st is the day to drink it because from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Garrett Oliver, brewmaster of Brooklyn Brewery, will be at City Tap House Logan for “An Evening with Garrett Oliver & Friends.”

The night will start off with Garrett pouring some super-rare bottles and tapping kegs from his secret stash–like Chichicapa, a Belgian-style golden ale aged in bourbon barrels, and Bel-Air, a dry-hopped kettle sour.

At 7:30 p.m., Garrett will sit with a panel of industry insiders including Don Russell (“Joe Sixpack”) as the moderator, Lew Bryson, Curt Decker, and Kristy Littman. They’ll  talk about life in the beer business, and afterwards, Garrett will answer any questions as well as do a book signing for his two books, The Oxford Companion to Beer and The Brewmaster’s Table.
