Wouldn’t winter be better with Sips? That’s the thinking as the Center City District kicks off two months of Center City Sips and Skate at Dilworth Park. Beginning Wednesday, January, 6th and running through Februrary, the Center City District is encouraging all 21+ to skate and then enjoy sips at Rosa Blanca Café or in the new Rothman Cabin. The specials run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and include:

  • $3-Beer
  • $4-House red or white wine
  • $5-Seasonal Mojito or Rosa Hot Toddy
  • 10% off food
