Which Restaurateur Is Coming to East Passyunk?

On New Year’s Eve, the Passyunk Post dropped some interesting news on its site. The “A Man’s Image” shop at 1709 East Passyunk Avenue is going to become a restaurant. And though the Post had heard a rumor it would be a Stephen Starr restaurant, A Man’s Image owner Abe Mandel told them it was “Better than Starr.” And that the restaurateur has 28 restaurants including Boston and D.C. Mandel called the food phenomenal.
