Tonight: A Happy Hour To Help The Animals

Tonight, you can celebrate the love of man’s best friend with the love of man’s favorite drink (booze) at a happy hour benefiting The Morris Animal Refuge.

The free event will be held at 1 Tippling Place, at 2006 Chestnut Street in Center City.

From 5:30pm-7:30pm there will be $6 punch drinks, $9 select cocktails and $5 appetizers. 

The Morris Animal Refuge was founded in 1874 and is the first organization dedicated to sheltering and re-homing animals. Today, they continue to provide the Greater Philadelphia region with low-cost spay/neuter programs, adoptions, fostering, humane education and more.

Each drink purchased at tonight’s event benefits the organization and all the animals that are in need of love.

There will also be a giveaway prize of two tickets for their annual “Fur Ball” event this coming March 19th — a 50’s themed prom night with an open bar, dinner, dancing and live entertainment. One lucky winner will receive two free tickets, a $260 value.
