Hawthornes Is Throwing Its IPA Block Party This Weekend

This Saturday, May 9th, from 12 noon to 8 p.m., Hawthornes is throwing its 6th annual IPA Block Party. The party blocks off 11th Street between Fitzwater and Catharine Streets and is free to enter. The block party is also kid and pet friendly. All the beer is $5 (cash only) a pour. In addition to 36 IPAs pouring, there will be “over the top” street food, and live local music all day from New Pony, George Ugo Blues Band and Ill Swill.

For the Hop Heads, this event has all of the heavy hitters from the IPA world.
