BeerLOVE Gets Queen Village Support

At the March 24th Queen Village Neighbors Association meeting, Kristen Cevoli, an environmental attorney gave her neighbors the details on BeerLOVE: Bottle Shop and Tasting Room, proposed for 714 S 4th Street. BeerLove is described by QVNA as “an upscale beer emporium that will attract a sophisticated clientele.”

The store will specialize in local, craft and rare beers, mostly for takeout but there will also be a tasting bar for drinking on premises. There will be 30 seats (as required by state law) and snacks will be offered. However BeerLove will not be a restaurant, rather it will be similar to the Bottle Shop on East Passyunk.

When polled, 100% of those in attendance were in favor of offering a Conditional Licensing Agreement (CLA) that would restrict hours till midnight.
