Meat Week at Mica Means a Heritage Pork Tasting Menu

For some, the beginning of spring conjures up images of blooming flowers and buzzing bees. At Foobooz, the beginning of spring means Meat Week.

Mica is celebrating Meat Week with a special Heritage Pork Tasting Menu from March 18th-20th. The meal begins with a Red Wine Cured Pork Jowl with Honey Crisp Apple, followed by Pork Belly in a Celery and Sesame Broth with Shitake Mushrooms and Udon Noodles. The next course is a Pork Loin served with Pickled Beets, Horseradish and Dill, and finally the meal will end with ginger creme brûlée topped with lemongrass sugar.

The meal is $45 a person (not including tax and gratuity). You can make reservations here.
