Regis Jansen Back At Rex 1516 To Do A Burger Special

Rex 1516 is rolling out its Citywide Special of the week, and this time it’s got some history.

Opening chef Regis Jansen (who’s back in town to celebrate a friend’s birthday party) has come up with a burger of his own. He’s calling it the “How Bout Dem Apples” and it is a big, fat burger patty, topped with poblano-sauteed apples, Maytag blue cheese and fried red onions. Sounds kinda awesome, right? Well it can be yours, along with a beer and a shot of Buffalo Trace, for just $15, tonight at Rex.
