These deals make it worth it to venture outside.

With the snow apocalypse heading our way, restaurants and bars in Philadelphia are staying open and offering deals and discounts for those adventure seekers. And what’s a better excuse to eat and drink all day than snow? Keep checking back as we update with any more deals.

Snow Deals for Monday, January 26

Shank’s Original – $5 chicken sandwiches all day.

Taproom on 19th – $3 Shawnee Craft Gose, Black IPA, and Session Porter.

2nd Story Brewing – $9 Corndog, fries and beer.

Jake’s Sandwich Board – 10% off of your order for every inch of snow (mention “snow” to score the deal).

Square 1682 – Half off burgers and a chance to score half off wine if you win a game of rock, paper, scissors (sounds pretty simple, right?).

Yachtsman – A tiki bar in the snow? Sounds like a great plan to us. And $2 Kona beers and $5 Pina Coladas  all night.

Yardley Inn – With 2 or more inches of snow you get $10 off a lunch check of $30 or more, or $20 off a dinner check of $60 or more.

Brigantessa & Le Virtu – Half-price pizzas at Brigantessa tonight, plus polenta and ragu at Le Virtu

Snow Deals for Tuesday, January 27

Brauhaus Schmitz – Brauhaus is doing its now-traditional Brown Bags to Riches  fun. Pull a random number and receive a brown bag filled with goodies (for example: gift cards, fig vodka, candy and a mystery bottled beer).

Brigantessa – Half-priced pizzas, happy hour all day.

Brü – Til 4 p.m., the Center City beer bar is offering a brat or wurst plus a beer for just $10.

Jake’s Sandwich Board – 10% off of your order if you say “snow.”

Pizzeria Vetri – Since the kids are off, Marc Vetri is giving away Margherita pizzas to the kids during lunch. Dine-in only and parents, you have to order food as well.

Pub & Kitchen – Opening at noon for the “snow day.” Chef Eli Collins is going to be making his Duck Schm*tter, grilled cheeses and cheeseburgers.

Tria Locations – All Tria locations break out a big boozy beer when it looks like it is going to snow. Today they’re pouring Weyerbacher Insanity (11% alcohol by volume) for just $4.
