Classic Diner Opening Location in West Chester

Yesterday the Classic Diner tweeted out the following tease:

So it's official!!!! Very exciting news… We are opening our 2nd location in the West Chester Borough… Details coming shortly

Yes, the Malvern-based diner is opening a second location in West Chester. But where?

UPDATE: The Classic Diner will be coming to 16 East Gay Street in West Chester, the former home of Jack’s Steaks and Shakes, right next to Side Bar & Restaurant. Luckily for the Classic Diner people, the building is in good shape and they’re expecting to  open in November.
