Mica Lobster Tasting

From Wednesday, June 25th to Friday, June 27th, Mica will host a 4-course Lobster Tasting menu ($45 per person).

‘Consommé’

Milk Curd, Ancho, Fava Bean Hummus, Verbena

‘Poached’

Tomato Butter, Oregano, Fresh Cream, Garlic Scape

‘Pot de Créme’

Plum, Sesame, Coriander, Red Wine




Meritage Crab Tasting

From Wednesday, June 25th to Friday, June 27th, Meritage will host an amuse and 4-course Crab Tasting menu ($39 per person).

Crab and Shrimp Ravioli, Corn, Cream, Truffles, Lemon, Thyme, Garlic, Shallot

1st Course

Crab Gazpacho, Tomato, Watermelon

2nd Course 

Crab Cake Slider, Guacamole, Bacon, Tomato

Raspberry Pot de Créme, Vanilla, Thyme Whipped Cream, Fresh Raspberry
