When we received Matyson’s summer seafood tasting menu for the week over the weekend we were really impressed. And now that we’ve seen the photos, well we suggest you make reservations immediately.

Matyson’s summer seafood tasting menu is available now through Thursday, June 12th and is $45 for five-courses.

Tuna Tartare - Endive, sour dough crisp, pickled Thai chili, sherry. 

Smoked Bay Scallop - Chilled cauliflower soup, lemon, cilantro, ginger

Poached Branzino - Tomato water, apple, cucumber, capers, fennel oil

Pan Seared Halibut - Spinach, hazelnuts, tarragon, roasted grapes, port demi
