Charlie was a sinner.–the completely-bizarrely-named (and punctuated) new vegan bar and restaurant from HipCityVeg’s Nicole Marquis–is now up and running on 13th Street.

The Insider has been all over this place from the beginning and, although the website still appears to be on placeholder status, if you really want to check out what chef Mike Santoro and his crew have on the board, Michael Klein has a copy of the menu.
