Foobooz After Dark: North & South

Gottesman-Garbasz-Sbraga-940

Aaron Gottesman, Kevin Sbraga and Greg Garbasz at Open Stove XX

Aaron Gottesman, the chef de cuisine at The Fat Ham, came to our first After Dark dinner at Will BYOB, and he sat at the table that had the most fun that night. After dinner, he came up to me and said, “I’d love to do one at The Fat Ham once we’re all settled in.” And guess what?

They’re all settled in.

Our fourth Foobooz After Dark dinner will be a Kevin Sbraga collaboration: Greg Garbasz, the chef de cuisine at SBRAGA, and Aaron Gottesman, brothers in the company, will be putting together a menu full of beauties from the Mid-Atlantic all the way down South.

The dinner will be on Saturday, April 26th, starting at 11:30 p.m., and it'll be $125 a ticket. The night will include beer from Sixpoint Brewery and liquor from Southern Wine & SpiritsDan Carr, recently named one of 9 under-the-radar bartenders in the city, will be crafting some signature cocktails for the night.

If you're interested, and we know that you are, sign up on our email list so you know when tickets will go on sale (remember, these tickets mostly sell out in about 10 minutes, so don't be dumb).

Who wants to pay 125 dollars for a tasting menu at midnight? This sounds stupid.
