News From Noir On East Passyunk

It looks like Noir on East Passyunk is getting an upgrade. First off, chef Marco DeCotiss and former manager Donnamarie Motto are now thew sole owners of the place. Since taking over, they’ve made plans to renovate the bar and dining room, to update the menu and, most notable for the neighborhood, to add Monday service and lunch every day.

Lunch will be served daily, from 11:30am-3pm. Dinner starts at 5pm and happy hour runs from 5-7pm with half-off apps and $4 cocktails. The place is all booked up for tonight, but it might be worth checking out if you haven’t been by in a while.
