When Tela’s Market & Kitchen at 1833 Fairmount Avenue opened back in November, there was the promise of intimate chef’s table dinners each week. Chef Chad Williams kicks the dinners off next Friday, January 24th at 8 p.m.
The $75 per person dinner (plus tax and gratuity) will be a four-course family-style meal prepared by Williams and accompanied by a complimentary beverage pairing. The chef’s table dinners are limited to 12-seats and reservations are required. To reserve one or more seats, email email@example.com with your preferred date and number of guests. Parties of twelve also have the option to “buy out” the chef’s table for the week.
Menus will change weekly and will reflect the freshest ingredients available in the market.
Chef Williams served as opening chef de cuisine at Amada and has recently returned to the area after some time on the West Coast.
