As Estelle Costanza once said, “what am I going to do with all this paella?” Well the answer at Jamonera is to serve it up with Spanish tapas and a pitcher of sangria.
Tonight, the Midtown Village hotspot is offering a paella and sangria night. Dinner is $35 per person and includes salad, croquettes, papa frita, a choice of paella and a pitcher of blanca or roja sangria.
For the table to share:
shaved brussels sprouts, fennel, mahon, buttermilk dressing
mustard creme fraiche, pickled guindilla pepper
crispy skin potato, wood smoked garlic aioli, brava salt
choose a paella for two:
mussels, shrimp, calamari, green beans
mussels, chicken, chorizo, pork belly
artichokes, mushrooms, local greens, green beans, piquillo peppers
choose a pitcher of sangria for the table:
citrus, ginger syrup + fruit
apple brandy, orange, rosemary syrup + fruit
