Chestnuts, apples, dark chocolate, bone marrow, cinnamon and chanterelle mushrooms are all flavors of fall, and all of them are making appearances on Citron and Rose chef Karen Nicolas‘s menu for the November 3 pairing dinner featuring the wines of Israel’s Carmel Winery.
