Starting tonight, Ellen Yin and Eli Kulp‘s High Street On Market is going to be offering dinner service. Here’s what Kulp has to say about it:
“The dinner menu is designed to be fun, free-flowing and communal; everything is built for sharing. The focus of the menu is our hand-made and house-extruded pasta, prepared in a manner that is anything but traditional. Our goal is to take familiar combinations and portray them in a new light that is original and inspired, yet approachable, in both aesthetic and price.”
And that all sounds nice and everything, but the important thing? How the menu came together. So I guess it’s a good thing that we’ve got a snap of High Street’s first-ever dinner menu. Check it out after the jump.
