Urban Outfitters Promising a Downtown for Devon

Urban Outfitters is replacing Devon’s former Waterloo Gardens with a pretty sweet sounding town center project. In addition to an Anthropologie, Terrain garden center, hotel and spa, there will also be a Terrain farm to table restaurant, another restaurant and specialty foods market.
