Goose Island Migration Week Hits Philadelphia

Yes, we know Goose Island out of Chicago is now owned by Anheuser Busch. But we also know that the brewery puts out some real quality beers. And this week, Goose Island’s beer will be all over Philadelphia as part of Goose Island Migration Week. The event marks the nationwide release of 312 Urban Wheat Ale, Honker’s Ale, IPA as well as their seasonal Harvest Ale.

In Philadelphia, many of the city’s best beer bars are participating with events that will feature the above beers as well as Goose Island Belgian beers and rarities.

Strangelove’s, Tuesday, September 24 (6 to 10 p.m.)

Brewer Mike Segal will be on hand to chat about his beers and offer samples from vintage bottles.
