More interesting question: is the ratio of “best of Philly” winners that are in the suburbs outside the city still the same versus places actually in town?

Here’s a map of 2013 winners. You can see the breakdown of this year’s winners geographically. http://philadelphia.foobooz.com/maps/best-of-philly.html

According to the map, there is only ONE best of philly in jersey? without pulling out the mag, i find that incredably hard to believe. and, only 12 outside of philly? that is far from correct.
