2013 2nd Street Festival Is Set for Sunday

In a strange twist of fate it looks like Northern Liberties’ 2nd Street Festival will be accompanied by good weather. Maybe it isn’t every year that it rains but it certainly seems that way. And that is unfortunate as the 2nd Street Festival is a great seven block long party featuring live music, art, vendors and some of our favorite Northern Liberties bars and restaurants hosting beer gardens.
