Where Will Diner en Blanc 2013 Be?

Phase one registration (for last year’s attendees) for Philadelphia’s 2013 Diner en Blanc is now open and we now know the eight rallying points around the city for August 22nd event. All the locations, with the exception of last year’s location, Swann Fountain are convenient to mass transit. Is there a hint there? Check out the eight spots and take a guess as to where the outdoor picnic will happen this year.
