    Wow, Really jerked them of in that “article”. I’m fairly certain there were other players that were equally as important if not more when it comes to the revitalization of this area. Also, I just don’t like them.

      Valerie Safran can certainly be hard to take. They seem to have moved her out of any sort of hosting role, which was wise. But let’s be serious, many highly successful people are arrogant and rude.

      In any event, you cannot question their role (with a huge assist to Tony Goldman) in revitalizing the neighborhood. The neighborhood had already tipped by the time Sampan, Vintage, Zavino and even El Vez opened. They were one of the first movers.
