Foobooz Inspired Pizza Available at SliCE

A couple weeks ago I was lucky enough to help inspire a pizza with the help of Marlo Dilks of SliCE pizza. My suggestions included ricotta cheese and pistachios. Dilks came back with the pizza at right. Rucula and pistachios with a base of chopped tomatoes, mozzarella and ricotta cheese. I’ve sampled the pizza, and must say it is pretty damned awesome. All three SliCE locations will have the pizza on special through July, 31.

With any luck, maybe this pizza can also become a permanent addition.
