Jen Zavala’s Cherry Bomb Bus Appears Ready to Roll

Jen Zavala and Christina Clark have been talking about launching their Cherry Bomb Bus food truck since January, 2012.

In a Facebook post a week ago they seem to say they’re ready to go but the where and when has still not been mentioned.

Yesterday the menu was posted on their Facebook page and they do promise that every Saturday they will be serving a roasted or smoked whole pig (right down to the brains). But as for where? We’re still in the dark. But how hard can it be to find a florescent pink bus?

We will be serving WHOLE roasted or smoked pig!!! Served 2 ways w your choice of toppings.
This will be a WHOLE HEAD ON PIG (ears, cheeks and brain available)

Served on a seeded roll or w/ no bread at all
you can select from our two ever changing toppings as well as our variety of hot sauces or bbq sauce

Smoked German potato salad *veggie not Vegan

Cheese, sprouts, roasted peppers on a potato roll
Can be served with no bread

Curry Chicken Salad on Seeded Rolls
green and pablano peppers celery, carrots, crispy plantains and sambal mayo

Seasonal Fruit Tarts w/ custard
