L&I Shuts Down Rosewood After 22nd and Market Building Collapse

Last night, the Department of Licenses & Inspections visited Rosewood, the new upscale extension of 13th Street’s Woody’s Bar.

Rosewood was shut down and cited for a variety of violations. But the most interesting detail to emerge is that the contractor doing demolition work on the 22nd and Market building that collapsed did work at Rosewood in May.
