Hurry, the snails are coming. That’s right: on Wednesday, May 22nd and Thursday, May 23rd Mica in Chestnut Hill is hosting an Escargot tasting menu. For $45 patrons can dig into a four-course escargot extravaganza.

Escargot ‘A La Plancha’Romesco, Purple Potatoes, Black Olives
Wild Burgundy Snails, Hazelnuts and Brown Butter
Champagne Braised Escargot
Salmon ‘Confit’, Maitake Mushrooms and Parsley
Passion Fruit Semi-Freddo
Candied Ginger, Summer Fruit and Lime
Wine & Beer Pairings will also be available.
