Jonathan Adams Cooking at Wyebrook Farms


On Saturday, May 25th Wyebrook Farms is welcoming Jonathan “Johnny Mac” Adams (Rival Bros. Coffee, formerly Pub & Kitchen) to prepare a special chicken based four-course dinner using meat raised on the Honey Brook farm as well as seasonal vegetable from neighboring farms.

The dinner is $100 per person, including tax and gratuity. The meal kicks off at 7 p.m. with a complimentary Victory beer toast and the dinner follows on the top floor of Wyebrook’s restored stone barn. Seating is limited to 40 guests and reservations are required.

White Asparagus with warm chicken chorizo dressing, hearty salad greens, and nasturtium leaves.

Potato Gnocchi, with confit gesier and ramps in spring garlic butter.

Roast Chicken: poached sliced breast, crispy chicken thighs with young vegetables, green almonds and potatoes in an almond infused chicken jus.

Chocolate Cake Bar with cafe con leche, a coffee crumble and thai basil.

    The last time I ordered roast chicken out, it was at Pub & Kitchen when Johnny Mac ran the kitchen and it was dry and terrible.

    The pricing for some of these supposedly “special” Chef dinners is mind-boggling to say the least…C’mon guys, as the lady says, “ain’t nobody got time fo dat”!
