Philly Beer Week Collab Features Best Beer Label Ever

Philly Beer Week runs a yearly “Win a Trip to Belgium” event for local beer lovers. This year the winner was Matt Hohorst, who along with Weyerbacher head brewer, Chris Wilson and Tom Peters of Monk’s Cafe went to Brasserie de la Senne in Brussels to brew this year’s collaborative brew. What the returned with is Manneken-Penn, a Belgian-American Dubbel with an undoubtedly great label. Merging the famous Mannekin-Pis in Brussels with the William Penn statue on City Hall, this label is just awesome.

The first time the public will have a chance to try Manneken-Penn will be on Friday, May 31, at Opening Tap.
